Professional Bio

Emam Awad is Head of the Career Centre, with over 10 years of experience in higher education and a background in employability, career development, and student success. He previously founded and led a Power Skills company, developing training and professional development programmes focused on the skills needed for success in the workplace. He holds a Master of Education from Cardiff Metropolitan University and combines academic experience, entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership to prepare students and professionals for the evolving world of work.
