At CLTR Summit, we are committed to delivering a premium event experience for all attendees. As part of our planning process, event resources and commitments are secured well in advance. For this reason, please review our refund and ticket transfer policy carefully before completing your purchase.
By purchasing a ticket for CLTR Summit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Ticket Refunds
All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets purchased for CLTR Summit are non-refundable and may not be cancelled after purchase.
Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:
- Change of plans
- Scheduling conflicts
- Illness or medical circumstances
- Travel disruptions
- Visa issues
- Personal emergencies
- Failure to attend the event (“No Show”)
We encourage attendees to review their registration details carefully before completing payment.
Ticket Transfers
Although tickets are non-refundable, they may be transferred to another individual.
Transfer requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days before the event date.
To request a ticket transfer, please email:
Your request should include:
- Original attendee’s full name
- Original attendee’s email address
- New attendee’s full name
- New attendee’s email address
- New attendee’s company
- New attendee’s job title
Requests received after the transfer deadline may not be accommodated.
Once a transfer has been confirmed by the CLTR Summit team, the new attendee will receive updated registration details.
Event Postponement
If CLTR Summit is postponed, all purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new event date.
If an attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may contact the CLTR Summit team to discuss the available options via our email: info@cltrsummit.com.
Event Cancellation
If CLTR Summit is cancelled by the organizer and is not rescheduled, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Please note that CLTR Summit is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to:
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation
- Visa costs
- Transportation
- Other personal expenses
Payment Processing
All online payments are securely processed through Paymob.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method in accordance with Paymob’s processing procedures and timelines.
