Dr. Mohamed Hesham Mansour’s career began on the corporate side and found its home in
consulting.

For years, he served as VP at Johnson & Johnson across the Middle East and Africa,
sitting on the client side of the table. Too often, the big-name consultants he hired delivered thick, expensive reports disconnected from the real life of the business. He vowed never to leave a client in that place again.

So he built Heart to Heart Consulting. The name is the promise: what comes from the heart reaches the heart. Real work, real people, real impact on the ground, not just a report that looks good.

A PhD holder in organizational culture assessment and transformation, he brings academic rigor to everything he builds. 40+ years in, he still loves every part of it. As Dean of Business School Netherlands – Egypt, President of Heart to Heart Consulting, and a consultant across the MEA region, he trains senior corporate teams, coaches presidents and CEOs, teaches MBA students, and serves on boards.
