Prior to joining Capgemini, Ahmed held influential roles at PepsiCo, Microsoft, Etisalat, Orange Egypt, and Raya. He consistently led transformation programs, built high-performing teams, and championed employee experience across diverse industries including telecommunications, IT, consulting services, and FMCG.

His career reflects a unique blend of strategic partnership with global leadership and hands-on experience managing frontline labor relations and union dynamics.

Ahmed holds an MBA in Global Management from ESLSCA Paris Business School and is certified in Hogan assessments and have extensive experience in leadership coaching.
