Amr Salem is the Chief People Officer at Egypt, bringing over 30 years of global leadership experience across the Middle East, Africa, North America, and Southeast Asia.
Previously, he served as CHRO at Beyti, where he led HR strategy and talent development for more than a decade, supporting the company’s expansion in the FMCG sector. Earlier in his career, he was Group Vice President at CIT Global, driving large-scale growth between 2000 and 2013, and played a key role in launching PepsiCo’s market presence in Egypt during the late 1990s.
Amr holds a DBA from University of Atlanta and serves as a Visiting Professor at University of Prince Edward Island, combining executive leadership with academic contribution.
