A people-centric and empathetic HR leader with strong courage of conviction, with more than two decades of experience under her belt in various HR leadership roles in ExxonMobil across two continents.

Sally led ExxonMobil’s In-Country HR Operations for Africa/Middle East, and was Egypt’s Country HR Manager whilst serving on ExxonMobil Egypt’s Board of Directors.

Sally is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hassan Allam Properties where employee engagement is her top priority as it positively influences the company’s performance through impactful productivity. This is backed up by her years of working on enhancing work environment and employees value propositions.
Corporate social responsibility and inclusion and diversity are two of her passions.

Sally is a business administration graduate and has studied leadership and management programs at INSEAD and Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a core member of the HR (Talent Management) Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce.
