I’m an HRBP Lead at AXA Egypt with 7 years of experience in HR. My journey started quite differently — I’m a pharmacy graduate who began my career in sales and customer experience at Vezeeta. Over time, I realized that the people behind the business were where I wanted to make the biggest impact, which led me to HR. I eventually became HR Manager at Vezeeta before joining AXA in 2024 as an HRBP Lead.

I believe HR should be as close to the business as the people it serves — understanding how people feel, what they need, and how we can create real value for both employees and the business.

What matters most to me is making a difference and, above all, being remembered as a human — not just as the person delivering a policy or a message. This is something I was fortunate to be recognized for when my colleagues nominated me as one of AXA Egypt’s Most Influential Women in 2026.
